
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Longevity Heritage customers have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other extras. If the item is returned in any other condition, the refund may not be processed, or the customer may be required to pay a penalty fee. Please ensure the product is carefully packed to avoid any damage during the return process.
WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all electromotors and materials. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. However, please note the following conditions:

Inspection Requirement: All products must go through an inspection process before any warranty claims can be processed. This inspection will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty service.

Valid Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be honored only if the product has been operated in accordance with out manual and instructions. If it is found that the product has been misused, improperly maintained, or damaged due to non-compliance with the user manual, we reserve the right to refuse the warranty claim.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or any alterations made to the product.
If the product is found to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Please ensure that you provide proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
Before sending your item for warranty service, please contact us. Customer will pay for the shipping initially, and if the warranty is approved, we will refund the shipping cost.
